The Technical Lead will be responsible for driving the development and integration of the Enterprise Data Platform, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role combines hands-on technical work with architectural leadership, guiding teams in building secure, scalable systems that support customer engagement, financial operations, and core business workflows. Key responsibilities include leading system design and development, managing integrations using Azure services and APIs, overseeing data migration, and ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. The Technical Lead will also contribute to coding efforts, implement DevOps pipelines, mentor development teams, and collaborate across IT, product, and engineering functions to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or CRM/ERP development

Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, development, and architecture

Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware tools, and business process automation

Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, and Power BI

Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices

Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed teams

Excellent communication skills and ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly
