Responsibilities

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to prevent data loss.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data privacy policies.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various departments with their data-related needs.
* Adhere to company data management procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
* Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
