Our Clinical ModelOur clinical model prioritizes
ethical care, meaningful outcomes, and clinician well-being. Productivity expectations are intentionally designed to reduce burnout and support quality care, allowing BCBAs to focus on effective treatment, supervision, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience developing ABA intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and clinical problem-solving skills
