This role is ideal for a highly motivated, automation-focused DevOps engineer who thrives in a cloud-native and on-premise, containerized environment and is passionate about driving efficiency in modern software deployment workflows.
- Manage and optimize EKS and EKSA clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes-related performance and security issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and ensure smooth application rollouts.
- Monitor system health, set up observability tools, and implement proactive incident response strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices in Kubernetes environments.

Salary range: 120,000.0 - 135,000.0 + 10% Bonus

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Amazon EKS and (EKSA or Rancher)
- A hybrid experience with cloud and on prem application deployments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in GitOps methodologies and tools like ArgoCD, FluxCD, or Jenkins X.
- Kubernetes networking, RBAC, and security best practices.
- infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
o Such as: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Helm)
- monitoring/logging tools
o Such as: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation.
- Familiarity with AWS services related to Kubernetes, such as IAM, VPC, and Load Balancers.
