About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Reliability Engineering Specialist and are actively reviewing applications.

As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies across the site. Working closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Operational Excellence teams, you will use reliability engineering principles, data analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies to drive equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance maintenance and reliability strategies for production and utility assets.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
• Analyze equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support predictive and condition-based maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication monitoring.
• Conduct asset criticality assessments and recommend maintenance strategy improvements.
• Maintain and optimize SAP PM asset structures, maintenance plans, and reliability reporting.
• Partner with Engineering on equipment upgrades, capital projects, and new equipment commissioning.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives that improve equipment availability and reduce lifecycle costs.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate across Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a maintenance or reliability-focused role.
• Experience with reliability engineering, asset management, root cause analysis, and maintenance best practices.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring techniques.
• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and maintenance management systems.
• Advanced SAP PM knowledge considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering reliability improvement projects with measurable results is considered a strong asset

The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
