We are looking for an experienced, analytical
Reliability Engineerwith
RCA and FMEAexperience to join our High Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone an
exciting major rebuild and modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press which will makes us the most modern mill in North America.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education inEngineeringor a related field.
- Strongcommunicationskills.
- Proficiency withRCA/RCFAandFMEA.
- Provenexperience inproject management.
- Excellent peopleleadershipskills.
- Experience withpreventive maintenance program development, data analysis, lubrication, vibration,and ultrasound.
- Experience working in amanufacturingenvironment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a small teamandtake charge of all predictive and preventative maintenance projects.
- Report directly to the maintenance manager.
- Partner with members of the team to problem solve andimplement innovative solutions.
- Encourage andrecognize the contributionsof others.
- Keep your team safe by ensuring allprovincial and safety regulationsare adhered to.
- Manage theplanning, execution, monitoring, controlandclosingofreliability projects and improvements.
- Develop,implement, andtrackreliability KPI's.
- Utilize your comprehension ofblueprintsanddesignstotroubleshootandunderstandour equipment.
