Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Reliability Engineer, you will drive initiatives to reduce machine downtime, improve preventative maintenance, and maximize equipment uptime. You will partner with third-party maintenance teams, operators, and Operations Managers to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability. This role focuses on proactive maintenance program management, data-driven equipment performance analysis, and technical leadership in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background in manufacturing, with experience managing maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex equipment, and mentoring technical staff.
How You'll Make an Impact
Drive Operational Efficiency by reducing machine downtime
Move the needle away from reactive maintenance to preventative and predictive maintenance
Develop and track KPIs to show equipment downtime improvements
Develop daily operator maintenance tasks (TPM)
Introduce new system(s) as required such as CMMS
As a subject matter expert, you will assist with troubleshooting and collaborate with the maintenance team to quickly derive solutions
What You Bring
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (equivalent relevant experience considered.)
8+ years of experience in manufacturing.
Experience with CMMS.
Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLCs, HMIs, robots, and CNC machines.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
