Full Job Description
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve the performance, availability, and long-term reliability of equipment within a large manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze equipment performance and lead improvements involving production equipment, utilities, facilities, controls, and supporting systems.
  • Evaluate and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs using equipment history, failure trends, and asset data.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for recurring failures and support repair, redesign, replacement, and spare-parts decisions.
  • Manage internal and third-party equipment upgrades while partnering with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial maintenance and reliability experience.
  • Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and maintenance-management systems; Maximo experience is a plus.
