Job Summary:

Providing expertise, leadership, mentorship, coaching, consulting, training, and/or facilitation in support of Business Agility across the enterprise. Designing new courses to fill gaps and serve the business in Agile growth. Driving organizational Agile transformations and elevating Agile maturity through working with senior leadership and organization events.

What You Will Do:
  • Teaching the Agile Mindset, Agile Frameworks, and Leadership, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of training materials and practices
  • Working with teams, framework role members, and/or leaders on an individual basis to help them be successful in an Agile organization, using tools and frameworks knowledge to promote best practices. Use professional coaching skills to help organization and leaders resolve issues, create strategy, set objectives aimed at creating value.
  • Facilitating organizational workshops, strategic planning, scaled events. Drive and contribute to Agile community of practice events and the overall growth of Business Agility within the company.
  • Have a basis of lean thinking principles and wide knowledge of the Agile mindset and Frameworks, and be able to apply them to business situations, as well as operate within them to model "best practice" and "emergent" behaviors


What You Will Have:

Business Performance Management: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the use of business intelligence; ability to monitor and adjust business processes (internal and cross-organizational) in near real-time.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Compares pros and cons of specific metrics, methodologies and tools.
• Uses software to manage, scale, and deploy BPM across multiple applications or business units.
• Demonstrates knowledge of BPM in a variety of settings.
• Explains the relationship between financial, performance and operational data used in BPM.
• Describes operational challenges of BPM data collection and integration.
• Aligns data governance and BPM strategies and manages all forms of BPM information.
Business Process Design: Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Participates in the design and implementation of a supporting organizational structure.
• Redesigns or enhances business processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Trains others to identify and implement required infrastructure to support specific processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
