Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced
Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive delivery of large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will champion SAFe Agile practices, facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, manage cross-team dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.
Key Requirements - 10+ years of technology delivery experience with 5+ years in Agile leadership roles (RTE, Agile Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead).
- Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, and Value Stream Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and technology delivery programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and TargetProcess.
- Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution and SAFe ceremonies.
- Facilitate PI Planning, dependency management, and ART alignment.
- Drive program delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, and technology leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track delivery performance, Agile maturity, and portfolio execution metrics.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 119,000 to 143,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
