Job Responsibilites

Experienced RTE to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting Insurance transformation programs. Responsible for PI Planning, ART execution, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery excellence across multiple Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and manage program dependencies.
Track PI objectives, risks, issues, and release readiness.
Partner with Product Management, Architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
Drive SAFe adoption, Agile maturity, and continuous improvement.
Provide governance reporting and executive-level status communications.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of IT delivery/program management experience.
5+ years as an RTE or SAFe Program Leader.
Experience managing large Agile Release Trains with distributed teams.
Strong SAFe, Agile, Program Management, and Delivery Governance experience.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or similar tools.
Insurance domain experience preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110000 to 139000
