Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience.
• Five years of experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) based on role-specific duties required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex relationships with existing clients and support strategic planning for a book of business.
• Proactively assess client needs through strategic consultations and recommend service enhancements.
• Resolve complex client issues related to products, services, or processes and implement effective solutions.
• Leverage experience and internal networks to create innovative solutions, requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Vanguard's products to strategically position offerings and enhance client loyalty.
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties.
