Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying disability claims with strong rehabilitation potential and developing strategies to support a successful return to work;
- Working directly with plan members to facilitate access to services and resources that support their recovery and reintegration into the workforce;
- Developing and implementing action plans in collaboration with case managers, employers, healthcare professionals, and plan members;
- Conducting virtual meetings with the different stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date file documentation;
- Producing and monitoring activity and rehabilitation statistics for assigned files.
What Could Help You Succeed in This RoleWe are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Stands out for their organizational abilities, priority management, and client-focused approach;
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and sound judgment when handling complex situations;
- Is known for their autonomy, collaboration, and solution-oriented mindset;
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in rehabilitation, direct intervention, counselling, case management, or a related helping profession;
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, or another rehabilitation-related field;
- Has a strong understanding of medical terminology, social legislation, insurance law, and disability-related regulations;
- Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role requires communicating verbally and in writing with insured members, employers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders across Canada on a regular basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is 73,215$ to 109,820$ CAD per year. The offered base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity considerations.
