• Internal monitoring of operational processes to ensure Amazon Pharmacy's compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of issued corrective actions. Engage cross-functional departments, key leadership, and operational teams to address deficiencies identified by accreditors or internal reviews within the required timeline.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure policies, personnel training, and resources remain current with evolving accreditation standards.
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable communications to business leadership and internal stakeholders regarding accreditation requirements, changes, and impact assessments.
• Participate in delegation audits and external regulatory reviews, preparing and supplying documentation and analysis as required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accreditation processes, reduce manual effort, and implement scalable solutions that support Amazon Pharmacy's growth.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
