Are you passionate about ensuring data integrity and navigating the complexities of regulatory reporting within the financial services industry? The Oversight Quality Control (OQC) team at Natixis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to drive excellence in our Transactional Regulatory Reporting (TRR) and Referential Data functions. We foster a collaborative environment where your expertise in data governance and regulatory adherence will be highly valued, and your contributions will make a tangible difference to our operational efficiency and compliance efforts.

We're looking for a motivated professional to join our dedicated OQC team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the oversight and review of our TRR analysts, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical regulatory data. You will interact with a wide array of stakeholders, both locally and globally, championing adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management priorities. You'll lead important initiatives, build robust relationships, and collaborate closely with departments such as Compliance, Operational Risk, IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Internal Audit. Your focus will be on the governance of non-financial regulatory reporting for our U.S. Broker Dealer platforms, ensuring the highest standards of data quality for all recurring reports.

What You'll Do

As our Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the OQC team by taking primary responsibility for leading the oversight and review of our Transactional Regulatory Reporting and Referential Data processes. Your key areas of focus will include:
  • Data Governance Excellence: Lead the oversight and review of data quality reviews and reconciliations for the platforms' non-financial regulatory reporting output (e.g., SEC/FINRA CAT, TRACE, EBS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Present monthly GMO metrics to key stakeholders, clearly articulating the performance and status of non-financial regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborative Project Management: Actively participate in working groups, assisting in identifying project risks and issues, tracking progress, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with the TRR Analysts, IT, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams to prioritize projects and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes.
  • Process Improvement & Implementation: Collaborate with the Home Office and other stakeholders to implement changes related to centralized referential systems and reporting processes, ensuring streamlined and effective operations.
  • Team Development & Support: Liaise with the OQC Head on staff performance reviews and objective setting, and conduct regular discussions with the team to address changes and concerns, supplemented by ad-hoc reviews and feedback.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least ten years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, with a strong preference for experience in Banking or Brokerage Support.
  • Familiarity with FINRA non-financial regulations such as CAT & TRACE is beneficial.
  • Experience in Compliance or Project Management is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and writing skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A highly motivated and pro-active individual who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and implement successful change.
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with a focused drive for execution and results.
  • A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this Director position will be between $160,000 - $200,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance
