The Regulatory Manager will support the commercial growth of its stormwater treatment technologies by aligning regulatory strategy, product development support, and market adoption. This role works closely with Research and Development (R&D), Engineering, and Sales to help ensure products meet evolving regulatory requirements, achieve necessary approvals, and are effectively positioned across target markets and jurisdictions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and interpret industry trends as well as stormwater regulatory requirements across sales regions and target markets
  • Provide regulatory intelligence and market insight to support product positioning and commercial growth
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering to align new product development with market needs and regulatory requirements
  • Support development of in-house and third-party testing strategies needed for product verification, certification, and approval
  • Prepare, coordinate, and track regulatory submissions across municipalities, agencies, and certification programs
  • Provide project, municipality, and jurisdiction specific support to sales teams to address regulatory and technical questions
  • Identify and communicate product advantages, limitations, and competitive considerations within different regulatory environments
  • Assist in development of technical and educational materials which include white papers, conference abstracts, webinars, website content, specifications, and technical manuals
  • Represent Komline-AquaShield professionally through participation in industry organizations, conferences, and regulatory forums
