Job Description
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full time Early Career Regression Test Engineer. In this role, you will
1.Perform regression test engineering and performance analyses on the C2BMC (Command and Control Battle Management Command) system and its interactions with current and planned future Missile Defense (MD) elements.
2.Develop, test, and evaluate threat scenario models and large scale simulations, documenting results in technical reports and briefings.
3.Collaborate with C2BMC product teams, leadership, MDA customers, and subject matter experts to define requirements for complex system models and support decision making.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of
• Missile defense analysis and C2BMC architecture (experience with C2BMC is a plus but not required)
• Development languages and tools (e.g., MATLAB, Java, C+, Windows, Linux)
• Data analysis, technical reporting, and presenting results to diverse audiences.
Must be a U.S. citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. A security + certification is required for this position. This must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Basic Qualifications
-BS degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering.

- Knowledge of Linux, and/or Windows.
- Possess basic troubleshooting skills and an ability to understand the hardware and software components running in a widely distributed, virtual environment.
- Ability to conduct complex troubleshooting by analyzing application and system logs, network configurations, and interface documents.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level-II certification (e.g. Sec+) is required (or to be obtained within 90 days).
Desired skills
- A Self-starter with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with the Government customer as well as personnel internal and external to the program.
- Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS) including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies; creation and management of capabilities, features, and PRs.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,200 - $106,030. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
