Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist - 15k Sign On Bonus

Reports to: Respiratory Therapy
Employer paid benefits; Medical, Dental, and Vision.Compensation: Min: $38.08 to Max $63.75
Schedule: Day/Night Flex - 12/36
Definition of Position:Cares and treats all patients with respiratory cardiac illness.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:- Evidence of continuing education is appropriate for the skill level and specific areas of practice.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform in technical, clerical, and interpersonal aspects.
- Perform all aspects of care for patients with COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease.
- Perform clinical skills to evaluate patients' physical and mental status. Anticipate patient and staff needs. Be able to multitask. Competent and efficient in group class setting.
- Proficient in monitoring patients on ventilatory support and for any cardiopulmonary symptoms.
- Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and be team oriented.
- Maintains current knowledge of regulatory standards, patient safety goals, and other regulatory requirements to integrate this into system design.
- The employee supports the hospital mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.
- Participates in required education for DNV programs as applicable to position (reference program education curriculum).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:EducationRequired: Graduate of accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
