Hourly Rate: $38.893 - $39.458
Union Group: NOWU
Hours of work: 8 hour evening shift 15:30-23:30 hrs
Location: Humber River Health - Wilson Site
Position Responsibilities:- RPN duties as assigned on 14 East.
- Care planning and coordination of care with various team members.
- Utilization of computerized systems for patient care documentation.
Qualifications:- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing two year diploma program.
- Current RPN registration (in good standing) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year acute medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Advance Physical Assessment skills are required.
- Meditech experience is an asset.
- Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.
