Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Nurse Scientist will lead and participate in advanced research projects aimed at developing and enhancing patient entered care models in the Myasthenia Gravis outpatient setting.
This role involves designing and implementing studies, collecting and analyzing data, and disseminating findings to improve patient outcomes and inform best practices.
Work Environment: This position is specific to research in Myasthenia Gravis Care in an ambulatory setting
The Nurse Scientist Researcher
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative research protocols and methodologies.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
3. Write and submit research proposals, reports, and peer-reviewed articles.
4. Present research findings at national and international conferences and to relevant stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure research aligns with clinical practice and patient needs.
6. Maintain ethical research standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
7. Stay current with advancements in nursing research and integrate best practices into ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
2. Expert knowledge of Myasthenia Gravis
3. Extensive experience in clinical research
4. Proven publication record
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
6. Proficiency with research software and analytical tools.
Preferred Skills:
1. Advanced knowledge of qualitative research techniques.
2. Ability to lead multidisciplinary research teams
