Incentives & Compensation:- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time
- $3.00 Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts
- Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate)

Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
- Lead and guide CNA staff
- Promote resident safety and comfort
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:- Active RN License in Wisconsin
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for caring for the aging population
