Job Description:

Up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Up to a $10,000 Relocation Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Schedule: Days

  • Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
  • Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases.
  • Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.
  • Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner.
  • Utilizes time effectively and accomplish duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned.
  • Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Associate's of Nursing [Required]
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
  • 1+ experience as rn in critical care or relevant specialty area [Preferred]
  • 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse Florida License (RN) [Required]
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]
