Schedule:
- Full-time, Nights: 3, 12-hour shifts (7:00pm - 7:00am), every other weekend, and some holidays.
- Full-time, Days: 3, 12-hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm), every other weekend, and some holidays
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree, preferred.
- Licensed RN currently registered to practice in the State of Connecticut.
- Psychiatric nursing experience with acute care, dual disorder and eating disorder population, preferred.
- Med-surg experience a plus.
- Recent nursing graduates are welcome to apply!
An RN at Silver Hill Hospital is responsible for the following tasks and duties:
- The assessment of patients throughout hospitalization.
- The identification of patient problems.
- Participating in the plan of care.
- Implementing and evaluating the interventions to meet the patient's needs.
- Providing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
