How you'll make an impact in this role- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans, documenting and communicating changes in condition.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to carry out orders and ensure seamless care.
- Promote resident safety and support effective discharge planning.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drivers License preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
