Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's Health and OB (LDRP)

Where You Will Work:

Aurora Medical Center Grafton Women's Health unit provides compassionate, family-centered care for women and newborns across the childbirth experience. Our women's health unit has 18 LDRP rooms, 1 labor triage room, 2 C-section suites, and an outpatient lactation room.

Our women's health unit supports patients through labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and individualized support in a community focused environment.

We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • One year or greater of RN experience, women's health experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 6 months of hire.


What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
