Job DescriptionInova Schar Cancer Institute is looking for a dedicated Infusion Center Registered Nurse to join the team at their Fair Oaks and Loudoun locations. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday. This nurse will work five 8-hour shifts.

Embraces, uses and understands the research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Supports unit based shared governance and decentralized decision making structures and processes. Acts as a role model who leads by example in delivering "Service Always" and in making patient experience a priority on units of responsibility. Minimum Qualifications:- Certification - Basic Life Support; Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within 3 months of hire
- Licensure - Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Experience - 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or Associate's Degree RN within 1 year of completing their BSN)
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous oncology experience
- Previous charge experience
