Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff on your assigned unit
- Ensure high-quality resident care, treatments, and medication administration
- Complete daily clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Mentor, coach, and educate nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-focused culture
- Assist with admissions, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform additional leadership duties as assigned
Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Qualifications- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or nurse leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
