Description:We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced, 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity, medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high patient volume and complex clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage staffing, workflow, and team performance
- Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse in the state of CT
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Ability to supervise, coach, mentor and develop nursing staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Current CPR certification
