Shift:Description:Ambulatory Triage Nurse for Pulmonary Clinic
Mon-Friday; day shift
Position is located on the Maywood campus but will also support providers at the Burr Ridge, Oakbrook and Gottlieb sites on occasion.
What you will do: - Gathers pertinent data and information relative to patients' health status and needs and analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems or issues.
- Identifies expected outcomes or goals of care based on a plan to individualize care and in collaboration with patients, families, groups, communities or populations served.
- Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected outcomes or goals.
- Nurses systematically implement the individualized care plan, facilitates the coordination of care with inter and intra-professional colleagues and employs strategies for health teaching and promotion.
- Evaluates progress toward achieving defined outcomes/goals and change the plan if necessary.
- Implements evidenced-based approaches to care.
What you will need: - A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
- BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
- Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a clinical setting.
Compensation:Salary Range: $31.62 - $50.79 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
