Shifts Available:- NOC Full-Time 4x2 Rotation Schedule

Pay Range:- $50-60/hour Depending on Experience
About the Position: As the RN Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee LVN's and CNA's and working closely with the DON ensuring compliance and high quality care are being met.
- Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible.
- Reviews staffing patterns and the census of nursing units and reassigns personnel, when necessary, to ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls.
- Monitors the skills of new staff members and guides and observes staff that may need additional assistance with procedures.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff members, LVNs, and CNAs.
- Initiates investigations of accidents and unusual occurrences and makes the necessary written report to the DON.
- Keeps the DON informed about the status of residents, staff, and related matters.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Documents interventions, observations, and resident responses to treatment.
Qualifications: - Active CA RN License in good standing
- Active CPR/BLS
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- SNF/Long-Term Care Setting experience
