Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing
Compensation from $42.00 - $46.00/hour - (based upon experience) - PLUS PRN and PT differentials PLUS shift differentials
PRN, Part Time and Clinical Experience Differentials Available!
Evening, Night and Weekend Shift Differentials Available!
Available: Full Time 7:00am-7:30pm, Part Time Day, Full Time Evening, Full Time 3:00pm-3:30am, Full Time Night | Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
- Active CPR required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform resident assessments
- Participate in daily resident rounding
- Provide supervision to nursing staff
- Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
