Responsibilities
The RN will direct and oversee the nursing care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
- 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current and valid NJ Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer/patient centric attitude.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health care facility.
- Leadership/Charge Nurse experience.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
