Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time AM Shift

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time AM shift. Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: Full-Time AM
Pay Rate: $45.00-$52.00 per hour, DOE
Location: Moraga Post Acute

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assess residents' health status and monitor for changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and applicable nursing standards
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications
  • Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
