Step outside the traditional hospital walls and deliver hospital-level care directly in patients' homes. This innovative role blends the autonomy of delivering care in the home setting with the complexity of acute inpatient nursing, supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver acute, hospital-level care in patients' homes

What We're Looking For:
  • Active RN license in the state of Illinois
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of recent acute inpatient care or ED experience preferred
  • Strong IV, phlebotomy, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently in home settings
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking
  • Comfortable with technology and remote monitoring tools

Work Environment
  • Travel within designated service area
  • Provide care in private home settings
  • Physical activity required (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)
  • Exposure to clinical and environmental variables typical in-home care
