  • 3, 12-hour days shifts per week


  • Holiday rotation


  • Weekend rotation


Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:
• We are a 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric medical and surgical critical care patients.
• We care for patients that require ventilators, central lines, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), mass blood transfusions, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), and more!
• The MICU staffs and trains the facilities rapid response team.
• We maintain an operational Unit Practice Council (UPC) dedicated to enhancing the unit's policies and procedures, thereby optimizing workflow and elevating patient outcomes.
• We provide numerous opportunities for professional development and educational advancement tailored to critical care.
• We foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and mutual support to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Do:
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
