Our populationconsistof Oncology, GI, respiratory, cardiac, diabetes, and short stay surgeries such as, cholecystectomies, and appendectomies. You nameit,we see it! Caring for our Oncology/medical/surgical population will provide our nursing team with a robust and diverse skillset that gives nurses confidence in any setting. We will value Shared Governance through our newly created Unit Practice Council, encourage the pursuit of Clinical Ladder Advancement, pursue professional certification, and strive to grow a strong unit culture of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and caring.
