About the role:
Join Sinai Hospital's Outpatient Rapid Observation Center (OROC) where you will make a lasting impact on patient care! OROC is a 19-bed closed observation unit with focus on the following diagnoses:
• Chest pain, Syncope, COPD Astha Exacerbation, Pneumonia, TIA, UTI, AKI, Dizziness & Peripheral Vertigo, ESRD and Missed Dialysis, Cellulitis and Intractable Nausea and Vomiting.

Responsibilities:
• As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
• Utilize clinical reasoning which includes clinical decision making, utilization of resources, synthesis thinking coupled with nursing skills acquired through a process of situational learning and evidence-based practice.
• Involve and incorporate input from multiple sources to benefit family and community.
• Address individual and collective intellectual and psychomotor needs.
Credentials:
• Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Experience:
• Less than one year
Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
