With 10 sites across the Charlotte market, each clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including linear accelerators and image-guided systems, allowing for precise targeting of cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. A highly skilled team of radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, and radiation therapistswork collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that minimize side effects and optimize outcomes.

We27re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program upon hire/transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience in procedural or peri-anesthesia care (Pre-op, PACU, OR) is preferred but not required.
Minimum 1 year as RN required
What You27ll Do:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed.
