Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You'll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. You will earn: Up to $40.55 - $44.40 per hour starting wages!
  • Base wages: $35.15 - 39.00 hourly ( Pay based on years of certification)
  • PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
  • PLUS $1.50 - $2.00 shift premiums for 2nd shift

We can work with your scheduling needs:
  • Full Time positions available - all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Afternoons and Midnights available!

How you will help people every day:
  • You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
  • You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
  • You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
  • You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
  • You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:
  • A current license to practice as an Registered Nurse - RN or Michigan; current CPR/BLS certification.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
  • A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
  • You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.
