We are seeking an experienced and collaborativeFloat Pool Supervisor, Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the daily operations of our outpatient nursing float pool. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with staff supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across multiple ambulatory care settings. ResponsibilitiesThe Float Pool Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned outpatient nursing float pool. This role is responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining clinical competencies. The supervisor collaborates closely with clinic leadership, providers, and safety teams to ensure excellent patient care delivery and operational effectiveness.Leadership & Staff Management

  • Interview, hire, train, onboard, and mentor nursing staff.
  • Assign and schedule work to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and time-off requests.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
