36102 Atrium Health Lincoln - Emergency Department Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Part-Time Weekend Nights (7p-7a) Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Lincoln Emergency Department is 25 bed unit that provides 24-hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities. From broken bones and severe cuts to heart attacks and strokes, we are prepared to provide patients of all ages the highest level of emergency care. Our expert staff includes physicians who are board-certified in emergency medicine. We’re Looking For: - Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing - Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates - Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association - ACLS required within 6 months of hire - 1 year of Critical Care (ED, ICU) experience preferred What You’ll Do: - As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. - Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. About This Location: Atrium Health Lincoln is a 101-bed hospital, designed with the community in mind. The facility opened in 2010, replacing a family farm. History from this farm can be seen and found on our campus today. 300,000 reclaimed bricks from a local mill, Belding-Hausman Mill, were placed into the exterior of the hospital and represent our dedication to the community we serve. The campus also has a 1.2-mile public walking trail that encircles the campus, winding past ponds and through natural wooded areas left intact on the land. The campus also includes two medical office buildings that house many providers offices and services that serve our community. Lincolnton is a small town, located in the foothills of the NC Mountains with access to hundreds of trails for hiking and outdoor activities.
