We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome
- Experienced RN is preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus
- A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required
- Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must have an active CPR Certification
- Interest in working with the geriatric population
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
