For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Care Manager - Ambulatory - MCH role serves as a team member of the primary care practices and is responsible for the delivery of care through the process of nursing assessment, planning and implementation. This role performs responsibilities within the scope of practice and functions as liaison with the care team to facilitate care coordination.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. .
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Completes anticoagulation management certification within one year of hire.
  3. Experience: Two years of RN experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
