Position: Registered Nurse

Salary: $41.00 - $48.00/ hour (based on experience) | Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Position Type: Full time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: AM shift (7:00AM- 3:15PM), 32 hours/week, every other weekend rotations

We are searching for a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join our exceptional team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being with your expertise and compassion. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. This collaborative environment ensures you have all the support you need to succeed and grow in your career!

What You Will Do:

What You Will Bring:
  • Active RN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • CPR certification required
  • Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
