The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is recruiting for a hospitality focused Assisted Living Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical, and environmental needs of the residents.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Assisted Living Manager:

  • Report to the Director of Health Services, assist the DOHS with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supervises, monitors AL & MC team members, assists when there are schedule conflicts with team members.
  • Evaluates resident activity needs and working in collaboration with community care staff members explore opportunities for resident engagement and plan and collaborates with Director of Life Enrichment to schedule all daily activities for the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program based on individual needs and resident interest.
  • Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees. This is a whole-person approach to health and wellness which includes eight dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Health Services, Intellectual, Physical, Social, Spiritual and Vocational. Through these efforts we can ensure and exceed residents' wellness needs relating to their mind, body and soul, which may also have a positive effect on the employees, as a result.
  • Work with community leadership in providing training and orientation to new staff members and ongoing training to current staff members. And provides information based on IDPH regulation guidelines.
  • Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management in the holistic spirit of the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • A RN degree.
  • Certification or licensed per state guidelines.
  • Specialized certification in Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias preferred
  • Must have current Basic First Aid and CPR certification if required by State

Salary Range: $80K - $85K Annually (Exempt)
