Registered Nurse
Full-Time | $40-45/hr | Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-12pmLocation: Newnan, GA 30265
The OpportunityIn this hands-on, patient-facing role, you'll coordinate and deliver care across the surgical continuum. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe workflows, positive patient outcomes, and adherence to evidence-based standards.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Collaboration- Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings
Clinical Assessment & Care Planning- Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs
- Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly
- Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions
Surgical Support & Patient Monitoring- Support patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during all phases of care
Compliance & Professional Standards- Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) & Active RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Ambulatory Surgery Center and Pain Management experience preferred
- EHR experience (Athena) preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- CPAN certification preferred
Skills & Physical Requirements:- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of clinical best practices and patient assessment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 300 lbs
- Clear vision, depth perception, and ability to perform fine motor tasks
