Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Surgery
Full-Time | $40-$45/hr
Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

What You'll DoAs a Registered Nurse, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality care before, during, and after outpatient procedures while working closely with physicians and the surgical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assess patients and obtain comprehensive nursing histories.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer nursing care in accordance with established clinical policies and protocols.
- Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care as appropriate.
- Supervise and support non-licensed clinical personnel when assigned.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Required- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current BLS certification.
- Knowledge of current nursing standards and applicable Nurse Practice Act.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Preferred- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN).
- One or more years of experience in the Operating Room (OR) and/or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
- Previous outpatient surgery or pain management experience.
