Full Job Description
Sinai Hospital's 21-bed Level III NICU cares for the most vulnerable newborns, including babies born as early as 22 weeks' gestation. RNs build advanced neonatal skills in a collaborative setting, working alongside an interdisciplinary team of speech and respiratory therapists to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Children's Services NICU team at Sinai Hospital, you'll deliver safe, age-appropriate care to neonates and their families. You will function as a clinician, advisor, and resource, applying your critical care skills and specialized knowledge to make a meaningful impact in high-acuity situations.

This unit offers a potential up to $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring safety, compassion, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families through complex care needs.
  • Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice in providing neonatal care, including emergency interventions when needed.


Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.

Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maryland.

Certification: American Heart Association BLS Certification required. NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. required within 6 months of hire.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
