Base salary for a call-taking generalist is $460,000, plus an additional $50,000 sign-on bonus and $40,000 general call stipend.

Compensation of $600,000 includes $460,000 base salary, general call stipend $40,000; and picking up one Saturday 24hour call per month, which is $7,200 per call ($86,400 annually). Also will include a $50,000 sign on bonus.

Extra call can be taken and is paid at $250-$290/hour.

LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia was formed to provide general, pediatric, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore as well as other care centers within the greater Baltimore region.
