How you'll make an impact in this role- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective services while continuously evaluating performance metrics to elevate standards of care.
- Champion Data-Driven Throughput: Analyze clinical trends, operational data, and key performance indicators to design, implement, and refine throughput initiatives that eliminate bottlenecks and improve patient care delivery.
- L ead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership and key stakeholders to identify operational challenges, implement new clinical services/systems, and execute smart cost-containment strategies.
- Inspire & Develop Top Talent: Build and mentor a high-performing team by leading recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management strategies that empower staff to excel.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
leadership experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Clinical & Leadership Foundations: 3-5 years of bedside clinical experience paired with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Data & Process Acumen: Proven ability to leverage data analytics to drive process improvement, measure success, and achieve operational targets.
- Decision-Making & Crisis Management: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage real-time crises calmly and make decisive, quality-focused decisions under pressure.
